First you pick a base: Anatolian mantı with minced meat, potato hingel, crispy hingel or fresh pasta.

Then you pick a city: Parma's mushroom cream, Rome's spicy tomato, Gaziantep's fire-roasted eggplant yoghurt.

Our pasta is rolled here every day.

We make fresh fettuccine in the shop, behind the glass counter: the dough runs through the machine, gets floured, meets its sauce in the parmesan wheel and goes into the bowl.
