Privacy Notice (KVKK)
How the personal data you share through the franchise and job application forms is processed.
Data controller
This notice is prepared by ViaMANTI as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data processed
The name, phone, email, city, application preferences and message you share in the forms.
Purpose
To evaluate your franchise or job application and to contact you about it.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent and its direct relation to establishing a contract (KVKK Art. 5).
Transfers
Your data is shared only with the providers that host the site and store its data, to the extent that service requires. It is not sold or passed on for marketing.
Retention
Your application is kept during the evaluation and for the period required by law, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. You can reach us on the phone number below.
